Family back ground
I am the fourth from the 12 sibling of Vicente Salera and Gloria Dorotillo, from the province of Villamonte, Bacolod City Negros Occidental. My father was a jeepney driver while my mother was a plain housewife. My family were devoted catholic and active in religious activities, practicing Filipino tradition and believing many superstitious belief. Some of my brother were not able to finish high school, after graduating from elementary and they started to find a jobs because of financial difficulty.
My wife named Annabelle Villanueva a native from Bulihan, Malolos Bulacan, a pure tagalog. We were blessed with five beautiful children name Abel 16, Phoebe 14, Daniel 12, Hannah 9, and Nathan 6 years old.

My Educational Background-
(After i left our province in Bacolod City) I was undergraduate in high school then, i left our province to find job in Manila. There, I worked during day and study at night as high school at the same time i enrolled in correspondence school through mail, attending various seminars and conferences to enhance my knowledge as christian.
Year 1990, when my Pastor offered me to study in Acts (Apostolic Center for Theological Studies) Bible School , after consulting the Lord, I decided to go to ACTS Bible school being night school student and at the same time work at the day. Through the help of my mentor (Pastor Oscar Picar) and a brethren from Novaliches Church, , I graduated in ACTS Bible College in April , 1997.
I am full-time minister, living by Faith , Trusting and Believing in His Word. Our Church was Located in a remote area, where most of the brethren lived below poverty level. It all started by children bible study, until their parents joined us, then begins to have Sunday service at Orite and Nicolas' residence starting with attendance of five families, they are Orite, Nicolas, Panasagan, Pineda's and Sister Sylvia. Presently we have about 60-70 active attendees in the church.
